1. Return Eligibility
We only accept returns for:
- defective items
- damaged products upon arrival
- incorrect items received
We do not accept returns for:
- change of mind
- wrong size selected by customer
- personal preference (style, color, design, etc.)
- normal wear and tear
- items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery

2. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Y3Jewel is not responsible for lost return packages.
3. Exchanges
We do support exchanges for eligible defective or damaged items.
If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please let us know when contacting our support team.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
4. Custom & Personalized Products
Custom-made, engraved, personalized, or special-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Please double-check all customization details before placing your order.
5. Sale Items
Discounted products, clearance items, and sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
8. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of a package without prior communication, shipping fees and any return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customs duties, taxes, and handling fees (if applicable) are also non-refundable.
